Wisdom teeth growing
Wisdom teeth is growing right side of mouth. Suffering from heavy pain and unable to byte food due to this. It causing me from Saturday.

Tab Metrogyl 400mg thrice daily
Tab keterol dt 2tabs at a time twice daily
Tab pyrigesic 1gm sos and lastly tab pan 40mg
Once daily in empty stomach

Rinse with lukewarm water and salt in that area, keep the area clean
If pain does not reduce medication aceclofenac twice daily after food to be taken

Once the lock down eases visit your dentist and do the needful treatment

Take:-
Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Combiflam twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
Apply Colgate Pain out gel or clove oil on affected area thrice daily for a week
Warm saline rinses between meals
Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days
☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg
☆☆☆In case of acute severe pain take Tramadol OR Voveran OR 2 tablets of Ketorol DT dispersed in water

You must start
Ciplox TZ 500 mg twice daily for 5 days
Pan D 40 twice daily x5 days ( before meals )
And Combiflam thrice x3 days
No hot fermentation
Eat well
Pump Multi vitamins one per Day
Once lock down over
Pls rush to your Dentist

Tab hifenac P after meals twice daily upto 5 days
Apply mucopain gel 15 min before food on the affected area
Warm salt water rinse
Brush well
Avoid hard food items
Next Steps
visit a dentist after lockdown and get a tooth xray done.
