Hello... The wisdom tooth erupts by the age of 18-25. The position of the wisdom tooth will not alter by itself but needs to be treated. If left untreated, it may result in a condition called pericoronitis- severe pain, inflammation and swelling of the gums. Or may even lead to traumatic cheek bite in that region. An OPG is required. Extraction of the wisdom tooth is advised at the earliest.
Next Steps
Please visit a dentist for definite diagnosis and extraction.
Health Tips
Lukewarm salt water rinse will provide temporary relief. Brush the area properly. Do not further delay the treatment

It will not correct on its own and will cause further ulcers on your cheeks. Also it will be difficult to clean and so chances of cavity will be very high. If cavity weakens your tooth then extraction will become more difficult. It will be better to get it removed instead of getting into all this trouble and getting traumatized regularly
