Why urad dhal to be avoided in ayurveda treatment and what are the other foods to be avoided for urticaria and allergy issues and how long ..please update

Its not like that. Urad daal to be avoided in skin diseases. (but indicated in many like infertility etc.) Other foods to be avoided: 1. Milk with Cucumber, Salty snacks, fish and chicken (with non veg), with banana. 2. Maintain 4 hr gap between 2 meals. 3. Avoid Kulatha (Horse gram) 4. Tea and Cofee aggravates skin issues 5. Make sure you get 1 or two motion every day 6. Giloy juice and Kamdudha are drug of choice 2.

Urad dal is avoided in ayurveda as its guru(heavy) in nature to digest! Apart from that its amla vipaki in nature and cause cause acidity,bloating ! However its given in those patients with low sperm count as its vrishya( increases fertility) in nature! For urticaria and allergy issues you should definitely avoid urad call Start taking moong dal only ! Until and unless your symptoms subside...after that start taking normal food on alternatedays

Because it increases urticaria....apart from this cheese, refined wheat flour, mayonnaise, sesame, jaggery...milk with garlic salt etc are avoided... Basically food which is difficult to digest and heavy in nature are avoided

Urad daal is not avoided in Ayurveda, it is actually used in many instances. But it's daily usage should be limited and in case of some diseases it should be avoided. Because of its properties like ushna virya, kapha vardhaka and madhura vipaka

By urad dhal is not avoided in Ayurveda.It is kapha increasing ,antioxidant sperm count and motility increasing. The food to be used, and not to be used is based on the disease and the provoked doshas .kapha increasing food  is contraindicated.The period of time required to subside the symptoms and it's half time should be avoided the apadhyas (contraindicated).
