The gum attached to the last molar teeth ( not sure if the wisdom tooth is coming out) seems to be swollen and whitish.
There is occasional bleeding while brushing.
I have quit smoking since last week but I've been a smoker for the past few years on and off . I'm afraid if it's oral cancer or something like that.
You should visit a clinic and get it diagnose it could be precancerous condition but we can't jump directly on to that, please take some tablets from the dentist to get it healed

U need physical consultation to evaluate the wisdom tooth n the surrounding tissue.
Wisdom tooth removal n scaling will resolve ur problem.mostly not associated with cancer.
