Picture attached. There's only discomfort while eating food. Not exactly severe pain, more like a dull pain. It's been this way for 2 days now.

Your tooth isn't erupted properly thats it ,just do lukewarm water gargles 3 times daily and painkiller as when needed...you can apply metrohex gel over there twice daily

This is pericoronitis which is an inflammation on the soft tissue that overlies your unerupted or half erupted wisdom tooth ! Due to infection there is swelling and pain and upon eating food lodgement further tends to aggravate the problem Warm saline rinses after every meal you intake will relieve the issue And consult your dentist and seek proper care for the same
