Picture attached. There's only discomfort while eating food. Not exactly severe pain, more like a dull pain. It's been this way for 2 days now.

Your tooth isn't erupted properly thats it ,just do lukewarm water gargles 3 times daily and painkiller as when needed...you can apply metrohex gel over there twice daily
