I have white spot on my front incisor which disappears after few hours of waking up. Can you suggest a treatment for the same. It's just one spot which disappears gradually after sometime

Maybe the surface of your tooth is rough due to some developmental anomaly or due to some past dental treatment. Get it smoothened and cleaned from dentist after clinical examination. Nothing can be said for sure without clinical examination.
