Hi i recently discharged white round worm in stool and then one albendazole as well as pan 40 for stomach still i have abdominal discomfort muscle pain fatigue nausea.what can I do for this problem sir thank you

You might’ve a parasitic infection that usually gets cleared by Albendazole 400mg single dose ( most of the parasitic infection does) .
Is there any anal itching apart from worm in stool?
Is there any blood in stool?
There’s a possibility that the parasitic infection may not have cleared from your system. So a second is advisable.

Get a 1)stool culture ( to check for any bacterial growth)
2) stool RE( for ova and parasites)
3) single dose of Albendazole 400mg after 2 weeks
4) Pan 40mg od 30mins before breakfast

You passed a roundworm, and after taking albendazole it's normal to have some abdominal discomfort, nausea, or fatigue for a few days as the worms die.
What you should do:
Eat light, easily digestible food and drink plenty of water.
Albendazole dose is usually repeated after 2 weeks to kill the remaining eggs.
Continue Pan 40 for stomach protection.
If you get severe abdominal pain, vomiting, blood in stool, or black stool, see a doctor immediately.

If you live alone and take food cooked outside do check if the cook maintains good hygiene. If living with family and taking home cooked food it is advised that whole family should take albendazole as per age and weight of the person ,also the person cooking the food especially the one making dough should have nails cut and wash hands properly . Repeat albendazole after 1wk

Do you get anal itching specially during the night ?
Then it could be a pinworm infestation.
But albendazole 40 mg does work dork for worm infestation
