Greetings It's not something to worry about. This can be post insect bite or some nutritional deficiencies or worm infestation too. It's better to be examined by a pediatrician to understand it and proceed for further need of treatment. Feel free to consult on practo

Don't worry , it will fade away with time. You should apply coconut oil on the patch .

These patches can last for a few weeks or months. They are not usually permanent. Visit a pediatrician or consult directly

Greetings It is common for an insect bite to leave a temporary white patch, a condition known as post-inflammatory hypopigmentation, which usually fades as the skin heals. Since the patch is growing and your baby is only 4 months old, it is important to have a pediatrician or dermatologist examine it to rule out other causes like a fungal infection or localized eczema.

It looks like post-inflammatory hypopigmented patch (after insect bite), not something serious. No treatment needed as such. Just keep skin moisturised and avoid applying any strong creams.
