Age 21 years. I am not sexually active (virgin). My menstrual cycles are regular, although sometimes my period may come 2–4 days early or late. Twice, about one month apart, a white soft tissue-like lump came out from my vagina while urinating. It appeared thick and soft, like a folded white mass. It was a single episode each time and not continuous discharge. There was no pain, no itching, no bad smell, no blood, no fever, and no burning during urination. I sometimes experience mild lower abdominal pain. I have not used any new hygiene products and I do not have any known medical conditions. This has happened only two times so far. Kindly advise whether this appears to be normal hormonal discharge related to my menstrual cycle or if it could indicate an underlying condition. Are any investigations required at this stage?
