I am having milky white (yogurt like) discharge from 3-4 days along with itching and irritation. I use V wash daily. Is it a fungal infection? What should I do?

Do not use any separate wash. These things are marketed so much that ladies tend to overuse this product. Normal soap whole having a bath is sufficient for keeping intimate area clean. Additionally keeping it dry ( from sweat and discharge) is important. Consult a gynaecologist for the examination and medicines.
