Hello my age is 17 , Last 1 year I was suffering from anxiety and brain fog , then I found out that my vit d level is low it was 13 ng/dl then I started taking vit d 60 k iu once a week after two months my level was 46 ng/dl which was good , I heard that for vit d to work we need magnesium supplement and vit K2 , presently I am taking A TO Z gold and vit d 1k iu everyday , please tell me which supplement can I take , and also tell me can I take calcimax K2 plus and A TO Z and vit d 1 k iu everyday as winters are coming ...
