Which foods are easily digestable? Should we go with the fact that any food that has less fiber, non protein, high good fat are easily digestable? I see fruits. Are there any other foods that are easily digestable?

No, it is not true Fruits, vegetables juice and soup are easily digestibleand take 1.5 hour to digest although they are rich in fiber and vitamins.
