Whey Proteins

I am a pure vegetarian and do lite workout 5 days in a week also do 15 mins daily running in morning in park. I am feeling weakness. Dailt protein intake from diet is 50gms. My weight is 70kg heightis 5.6 feet and age is 29. Please suggest should I take whey protein? Are they good in long run? I more thing I am having thyroid. What I heard most if the vegen protein made from Soy. Please suggest.

Hello practo User, Is it hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism. See, it depends on person to person. For some it is effective and for others non effective.
