Whey protein query

I am 35/M/72kg/5.7..My query is can I take whey protein which is available in market.As my busy schedule it's difficult to get proper protein in my diet.I am doing gyming also.Is whey protein has side effects or is it safe?

If you're exercising regularly you can have whey protein to help in your muscle building. The protein load should be properly calculated and should not be taken in excessive amounts which can cause problems. Ideally you should have it in your daily nutrition but if that's difficult then you can have whey protein within limits.
