Hi Good morning! This depends on the intensity of your training. Since you it’s a light home workout, you probably don’t need a supplement. When you move on to moderate intensity exercise then you can take a supplement. You can check out my review of protein brands in India on my blog- https://www.pragmaticnutritionist.com/post/ultimate-muscle-building-supplements-the-best-protein-powders-in-india

Hello, The type of protein depends on your intensity of workout. Sometimes no need for external protein if we have a good source in our regular meal. Kindly book an appointment with me for proper plan and homemade protein sources.

It depends on your workout, if your body requires more protein then you can go for it. Although there are some brands but we can’t promote them.

Healthy evening, A diet for light activity can include a variety of foods that provide protein, as well as other nutrients. Whey protein can be a good supplement to boost protein intake, but it’s important to consider whether you need it. Here are some things consider: 1. You can get protein from many foods, including lean meat , fish , poultry, eggs , nuts and pulses . You can try soy protein 2. If you are trying to lose weight eating extra protein can help you maintain lean muscle mass . If you’re trying gain muscle , eating extra protein without exercise may not be helpful.

Hi, No need to add whey protein if you are doing a little bit exercises, try to include home based protein items like- Paneer, tofu, curd, soy, eggs, chicken etc.
