Hi I wish to know i exercise regularly is it wise to take whey protein after exercise in breakfast for muscle building. Which whey protein should be good to take without any harm on my body Kindly guide

Hi, better to take natural protein stuff. Natural protein sources are so many. You can add sattu in protein form else you can check your protein and muscles mass and in that basis it can be figure out, that what kind of protein will suit you.
