Hello sir, pain after RCT (post RCT) for 3-4 days is usually normal. As Dr already asked you to come for follow up after 3 days do take follow up of your treatment after 3 days(might be post endo restoration has still not done, usually if the patient is asymptomatic after RCT by waiting for 3-4 days then final restoration is usually done). Wait for a week even if it persists after taking antibiotics and pain killers then re visit the clinic.
