Wheezing and cough

I am 4 months pregnant and I had nose block since 6 weeks and since 1 week had cough with mucus from throat .My doctor had suggested taxim O 200 for 5 days and the course is done but I have wheezing and chest congestion and whenever I had it before I used to take budamate 200 under doctor's supervision. So now during pregnancy is it safe to use inhaler please suggest Thank you
