Please let me know that can I take below food during hyperacidity and gastritis treatment Wheat Egg Ragi

You can eat wheat but in normal quantities not in excessive. Ragi begged don’t eat in acidity n gastritis. Acidity because of pitta prakop n ragi n egg aggregate the pita so we don’t eat in acidity.

Better to svoid wheat roti and egg in hyper acidity.  You can have ragi in less quantity.  Mung dal and green mung can be safely taken during this condition
