Vitamin B12 you can get from non vegetarian meal. Else you need B12 suppliments for first 10days of every month. Also vitamin D we get from sunlight. But due to full clothes and office culture body don't get enough sunlight. So you can take Vitamin de 60,000 IU orally once a week for 8 weeks.
