You can try and make your sleep hygiene better by-- avoiding using phones/laptop/ TV before going to sleep , engage in relaxing activities such as having warm milk or a calming tea , taking a warm shower , listening to meditation and practicing deep breathing exercises , avoid having a heavy dinner , try and go for regular walks to keep your overall health good. Try and talk to close family members and friends and engage in activities which keep you distracted. It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for a better understanding of your case and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through regular counseling sessions.
