Sir/ma'am My weight is 110kg and is fixed since last 2 years. My height is 5' 10" .I have tried every thing but nothing seems to work much. I do not do any physical exercise except yoga ( kapalbhati).what should I do I have no thyroid problem or sugar. Does drinking 4-5 cups of green tea will work. What should I do to loose weight fast.

Hello....... Diabetes is unlikely to present at this young age.... If were not this heavy from the beginning you must rethink what made you gain so much weight..... one can reduce weight by dietary and lifestyle change . Have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti... Avoid junk food, oily food items.. Exercise regularly (yoga or aerobics)... Sleep for at least seven to eight hours..

Take some liposunctuon sessions like non invasive laser, Rf and cavitation. All meals like breakfst , lunch and dinner on time. Take small frequent meals than skipping food. Take salt free dinner for 3 days in a week.
