Suddenly in two month I lose 3 kg .from 71 to 68 without any exercise. I am taking vitamin D3 supplement for three months as my d3 level was 5.8. I am also diagnose with type 2 diabities and taking Citapin Xr 500 for 15 days. Is it ok.

This is very bad. Your vitamins D levels are very poor. Plus you are diabetic. This is a recipe for disaster. Contact me on practo if you need professional help. Diabetes is my specialisation.
