Hi Firstly You have to make schedule of eating . Take small and frequent meals. Include high fibre food items in your diet like whole grains, fruits, vegetables, sprouts. Use multigrain atta for ur chapatti -you can add besan, jao, Jawar, ragi and wheat. Take 3-4 exchanges of fruits and 4-5 exchanges of vegetables.

Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,greengram sprouts.for breakfast,lunch dinner. Reduce cereals as rice,wheat Eat millets. Drink enough water.buttermilk. Exercise,yoga,walking for two hrs everyday. Sleep leisurely for atleast six hrs.at night. Avoid fastfood,preserved food bakeryfoods,oilyspicy nonveg. Dryfruits as figs,almonds,walnuts,dates are good for energy.
