For reducing weight follow 3 main things  like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre foods in your diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Avoid only and fried food, fast food ,preservative food. According to your height your weight should be 50 -52  kg.
