Weight loss issue and skin issue

I am 26 years old and my weight is 45..I was having severe acne problem in last 7-8 years. I tried many dermatologist and treatments but nothing works on my skin, then I searched for diets then I cut down sugar and milk because it always triggered to my acne, also I want to gain weight upto 51 but due to not consuming dairy products I am not able to weight gain. What should I consume instead of milk and sugary foods because jaggery is also not suited me because of having acne issues,now i have back acne,acne scars in red and also having pimples while consuming milk and sugar now from last week I am drinking carrot and amala juice, I am tired using medication on my skin please suggest me something which can cure completely I am looking for nutritionist please help me out
