Weight loss in 15days

I want to reduce my weight by 5 kg in 15 days. Currently I weigh around 65 kg and my height is 168 cm. I'm preparing for medical tests for armed forces and requirement says weight should be around 60 kg for my height. Please suggest appropriate diet and exercise plan.
