I need to loose weight as fast as possible so should i follow this diet plan Breakfast -3 boiled eggs and green tea Lunch - apple , 3 boiled eggs and green tea Evening -apple and green tea Dinner - oats Green tea one hour before sleep or should i change something for weight loss need to reduce 20kg
