PCOD is basically a lifestyle related problem in which you need to avoid the junk and outside foods and specially focus on balanced nutritive diet for weightloss. It can be related to hormonal disorders also at times so before prescribing anything we need to have your other medical details like thyroid or are you suffering from any kind of indigestion problem etc. So for a personalized diet plan please contact personally.

Hi, It would be a great help to you & me if you share your full Bio details, medical history if any and complete routine details for the detailed guidance & plan. PCOD is a lifestyle disorder, which can be reversed through lifestyle modifications only. Limit all processed preserved packaged outside food completely. Cut down on milk & milk products, high salt, high sugar and high fat items.
