Ur over weight? Then try to eat more vegetables fruits and sprouts in ur every meal. Walk exercise yoga for two hrs everyday Avoid spicy oily masala foods,fastfoods,preserved foods.bakeryfoods. Substitute rice wheat with millets. Drink enough water. Sleep leisurely atleast for six hrs at night. Almonds walnuts,figs,papaya,drumstics,methiseeds,dalchini,horsegram till tilloil,jaggery are all healthy foods to reduce obesity.
