You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet.Drink plenty of water every day.take small and frequent meals at regular intervals.avoid outside food completely.Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.

Hello, Be active and do regular active exercise for at least 45min. Stop overeating,be conscious while eating. Avoid high calorie rich foods ie sweets,chocolates,pasteries,fried food,bakery products, processed foods. To plan a diet I need to take diet history in detail.

Hi, First start ur exercise or walk for at least 30-40 min Increase fibre intake such as salad, green vegetables and citrus fruits. Avoid all fried and processed foods eat fresh. Include high protein such as chana ,fish,  chicken ,eggs ,soya, tofu, all pulses and legumes.

Malnutrition is the main cause for weight gain here I mean taking more carbohydrates rich foods and ignoring other Nutrients such as proteins ,vitamins, minerals and fiber
