Weight loss after eating disorder

2018-01-02 05:07:49
In high school I had an eating disorder. I restricted my caloric intake and made myself vomit after almost every meal. I’m now in my third year of college and I weigh 200 lbs. I don’t know how to get myself to a healthy weight without risking relapse. Counting calories immediately puts me back into restricting habits. How can I find a balance?
