Im a Muslim guy yesterday I kept fasting I check my weight I lose 500 gram is kepting fasting in ramzan lose a weight currently I'm 6 feet tall guy my current weight is 70 kg Eating banana .fruits full plate. Beetroot carrot mix juice will gain a weight how many banana can we have it in evening Losing weight in ramzan kepting fasting is normal

It's normal. You can eat 2 bananas everyday. According to your height, your Ideal body weight is 82 kg. You can add dates, sprouts, salad, lots of fruits, boiled chana, milk to your diet in iftar.
