Hello, if you are eating very little, have no appetite and still can't reach your weight goal, it is worth finding the reason rather than pushing harder with exercise or supplements. Common causes include thyroid problems, low haemoglobin, vitamin B12 or D deficiency, PCOS, poor sleep and stress.
Next Steps
A basic examination and a few blood tests can usually sort this out. Please avoid cutting your food further or taking weight-loss products until that is done. I'd be glad to guide you on what to test and how to plan your diet and activity. You can book a teleconsultation with me on Practo. – Dr Amandeep Aggarwal, Family Physician, Sangrur

Because it's not about food or fat It can be swelling present in your body also. Body needs water, proper food, exercise. Less food will not help in weight reduction although it can increase the weight. You don't need heavy exercise, protein only diet, less food. You have to first include Water, Take food on time, Take warm Turmeric water (if not allergic) Do exercise as you are doing.

Not losing weight despite working out and eating protein usually has a few explanations. Eating too little while training hard can make your body hold on to weight instead of losing it. Building muscle can also add weight and hold water for some weeks before the scale moves. An underactive thyroid or ongoing stress are other common causes worth checking.
Next Steps
Try tracking your actual food intake for a week, since portion estimates are often off. A thyroid panel and basic blood work can rule out a medical cause.
Health Tips
Please see a general physician if this continues, so the right tests can guide you forward.
