Hello,, don't worry you can reduce you weight,, just by limiting your diet and adding some home exercise to your daily routine. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Avoid all oily foods junk foods or any extra High calorie foods you are eating. Drink plenty of water. 20mins daily brisk walk morning and evening will help you reduce extra fat. Drink plenty of water water and 7hr quality sleep a day will help to reduce your weight.
