I am 27 years old.my weight is 41 kg.till now I am not digonised with any diseases.. I feel uneasy when I overeat..And I am unable to digest any extra food .  I don't like to eat much and prefer to have fruits .. I don't like to eat rice . And whenever I have milk I got stomach issues like gas, bloating .I like to eat often but in small amount...and I am not that skinny.. How can I increase my weight with accumulation of much fat? And Is rice and milk are compulsory to get fat? Is there any medical  test I need to do?

Maam all these problem can be solved with a proper roadmap construction towards healthy diet plan based on your preferences of food and some exercises based on your daily routine. Gud afternoon yes u need to do thyroid test related to hyperthyroidism to be diagnosed,diabetes rest,liver functioning test in detail,kidney functioning test in detail and all vitamins deficiency test.
