Weight control diet needed

I hv been suffering from hypothyroidism and arthritis since many years(10) and also had a ligament surgery in the knee so cant do much physical exercise but need to lessen the weight. It's 81kg and height is 153cm...pls suggest.

Hello - have balance meal plan 50 % carbs , 30% fats,20 %protein -1 diet plan will not work -it will time -minimum 6to 8 months for good result -per week need new diet plan
