Hello sir/mam! My mother always get tired and not feeling well. She has a brain problems. And sometimes she faint plz suggest me what to do and she get worried with little things and she want to lose weight and that is the thing that worried him so much she used a lot of things such as dieting, workout,detox water etc. She diet for past 3 years but still the weight doesn't gain. Plz sir it will be very appreciateble if u suggest me some medicine or drinks....Thankyou
