Dear congratulations...things to eat daily are
1. Morning 2walnut kernels
2. Awala powder 1/2 tsp after breakfast
3. Fresh coconut as much possible after lunch , also in between meals
4.2 glasses of thin skimmed buttermilk in afternoon with 1 spoon green chutney put into it.
5. Let lunch include 1 to 2 tsp of freshly ground flaxseed chutney.
6. Before dinner -a plate of mixed veggies salad with a tsp of olive oil ,black pepper powder, roasted sesame seeds & melon seeds & salt sprinkled on it.
6. At bedtime -1 cup of warm milk with little turmeric , saffron strings & elaichi.
Ensure daily bowel movements, work out, pranayam & ample water intake.
Strictly avoid maida preparations, milk tea, coffee, added
sugar,oily food.
All this & natural blush will make you look perfectly beautiful on your W'Day ☺
