My only question is I was feel well 5 years ago that time I was taking coba dex fort daily after two years of use coba dex I stop using coba dex. but now same problem is coming but now coba dex is discontinued so please suggest me alternative for coba dex other than neurobian fort

Coba dex fort and neurobian fort is Basically multivitamins. If you take proper diet or balance diet your all deficiency were short out through diet only. Gud evening pls have a proper food plate along with some forms of light exercises at first like low impact cardio for 30mins or power yoga etc.to get strength back.
