Weakness in body

I am 22, years old male and I want to know the foods which can provide me energy so that I can feel energetic whole day long. I would also like to request to please provide me a complete diet chart which I should take as Its my exam time. So I should be much aware that what food should I intake and which foods should be strictly avoided. Also please let me know the food from which I can get more vitamins and proteins.
