Want to reduce weight

I want to reduce weight . I tried my best everytime but after few days I quit and again weight increases. 2 years back my weight is perfect and i have packs but then I quit gym.and take huge alcohol. Currently from last 8 month I quit alcohol and Now again I want to back but I can't. So please help me what should i do. My height is 6.2 and weight is 116 kg while it should be 88 kg.

Eat homemade healthy food . Nowadays prblm is junk sweets , outside fried food, unhealthy salty snacks and soda drinks . start making healthy choices n you will get best health n shape as a bonus . Eat well live Nutrigenious.

Hello -I need to take full history, diet recall, working pattern, medical history then only i can plan your custamised diet plan. - becoz as a dietician we should know whole history we cannot give blindly diet plan. - for now do excercise 30 to 40 walk 4 to 5 times week -avaoid junck food -less intake of sugar / oil/ salt -avoid eating outside
