Motion sickness may be the reason We need to try pro kinetic agents and anti emetics before starting travelling and need little counselling for patient and patient attenders

She is 13 years old. You should give her light food before travelling, give her one tablet Ondasetron 2 mg about half hour before journey. Don't let her travel on co-driver's seat. Only fluids to be taken during journey.

We need certain details of medical history. Whether she is having vomiting whenever she travels or occasionally? Did you consult any ENT SURGEON?

Give tab ondem 4 mg prior to travel

1. Tab Avomine 12.5mg about 1-2hrs before journey[Promethazine ]   first give 12.5 mg if not helping then give 25 mg ok.......but don't give more than 25mg ok........Can repeat the dose after 12 hours if needed. 2.Avoid over eating, reading. Position themselves where there is least motion,a supine/recumbent position with the head braced is best. Keeping the axis of vision at an angle of 45°above horizon may reduce susceptibility.

If it's motion sickness take Tablet: Avomine or Phenargan BD Otherwise Tab: Emeset MD 4 BD
