Hi dear Yes u need to take supplements for both . For vitamin D u can take tab shelcal d3 for two months once a day preferably with milk. For vitamin b12 u can either take injection or oral tablets. So let me know what u are comfortable with although if symptoms are more then injectible form will give faster results. Please consult in case of further query Take care
