Gud evening pls try to follow a healthy balanced diet with direct sun light exposure 20mins at least in the day time for vit d creation in a natural way,exercise daily for 45mins minimum have adequate water more than 3ltrs,sleep minimum of 6-7hrs,sound sleep n reduce stress if any by doing meditation or yoga in evening for 20mins minimum,by following a healthy lifestyle routine u can resolve vit d3 deficiency issues.
