Vitamin D3 deficiency

I have vitamin D deficiency and the report says it is 6.1. and when I consulted Doctor he prescribed me to take  D rise 60K capsule for 2 months once in a week. I have completed my dosage and still I have pain in my bone and muscle. So shall go for some vitamin D supplement and which is best. Or can I take Calciferol sachet for one more month.  Kindly tell me doctor

It's very low it can't be cured by oral sachet. Take injection for vitamin d

You can take vitamin d3 once a week for one more month Along with that start calcium supplement And after a month repeat your vitamin D3 test
