Hey doc I go out around 11 am and take sun for 10-15 minutes. As I'm outside, Is it okay to take the sun only on the face, neck and hands to get enough Vitamin D for everyday? Or should I take more ?

More the skin exposure, better the absorption of UV rays. Best time to take sunlight is from 11 am to 2 pm. All the best.
