As a basic test do CBC, Vit B12, Vit D, HbA1c, LFT, Lipid Profile, Thyroid Profile, KFT, but if you provide a detailed history and symptoms we may cut down some of those tests too. Serum Testosterone if you are experiencing fatigue and low libido.
