A Vitamin D3 level of 21.1 ng/mL is considered insufficient (normal range: 30–100 ng/mL). It’s not dangerously low, but definitely needs correction to reach optimal levels. Uprise D3 60k IU once a week for 6-8 weeks then once a month for maintenance. Take after a meal (preferably lunch) for better absorption.

Your Vitamin D3 level of 21.1 ng/mL is considered mildly deficient. The normal range is typically 30–100 ng/mL.
Next Steps
You can take Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 60,000 IU once weekly for 8 weeks, Then once monthly for maintenance.
Health Tips
Always take the tablet with a meal (preferably containing some fat) to enhance absorption. Ensure regular sunlight exposure (15–30 minutes daily if possible). Recheck your Vitamin D levels after 3 months. Let me know if you experience fatigue, bone pain, or muscle weakness, as these may improve with treatment.
