Vitamin d is 10.7 and Iron is 48

My wife having vitamin d 10.7, Iron 48 and Haemoglobin -11.9. She complain about back pain after work and feels cold in normal temperature also.And she suffers from indigestion and low in energy.please suggest me what steps need to be taken?Any medications need to be taken?
